In our Basics 2 class, we continue to embrace the relaxation covered in Basics 1, but we start to work more deeply with steadying and stabilizing our mind. We will do this primarily through deepening our practice in Breath and Walking/Moving Meditation. Sounding meditation will also be introduced.
We will slowly train ourselves to sit comfortably for longer periods of time working from 10 min sits up to 30 mins.
This class is suitable for those who have taken our 'Mindfulness Basics 1: Relaxing' course.
