Mindful Yoga

Please join teacher Marlene Puffer for a yoga class with an emphasis on carrying mindfulness into each posture/asana.  

The class will help loosen your body for sitting practice as well as help you learn to carry the meditative mind into all your daily activities.  

Suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis. Please bring your own mat.  Drop-ins are welcome but if you are interested in attending classes regularly, please speak with Marlene about signing up for a 10-week session.
