Mindful Yoga

Please join teacher Marlene Puffer for a yoga class with an emphasis on carrying mindfulness into each posture/asana.  

The class will help loosen your body for sitting practice as well as help you learn to carry the meditative mind into all your daily activities.  

Suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis.  Please bring your own mat and do try and attend the full 10 weeks series.  Of course,  if this is not possible, drop-ins are welcome.
