Deepening Mindfulness - Relaxing with David Liang

In our Wednesday class, we start to move more deeply into the practice of mindfulness and meditation. As a part of a three-year progression through different forms of Buddhism, this fall we enter into exploring the practices of Vajrayana Buddhism.
