Introduction to Friends of the Heart

We would like to invite you and your friends to our centre.  Experience the peace people feel by simply walking through our doors! Our principal teacher, David Liang, will be leading a mindfulness meditation from 1:30-2:30 pm so please arrive by 1:30 pm if you wish to take part. Before as well as after the meditation you can join us for tea and refreshments while we attend to any questions you may have regarding our classes and our approach.

Whether you want to decrease your stress or learn more about Buddhist teachings, at Friends of the Heart, our small classes allow personal attention and facilitate discussions which can help you along your unique path. Meditation classes start on Monday evenings and Wednesday mornings and evenings in the week of September 8, 2014. Yoga is ongoing as of August 14 on Thursdays (no class Sep 4).
